Allen Jones Exponential Learning is a virtual team of professionals whose focus is on providing adult learners and corporate clients with results-based training initiatives.
All our projects are managed by our founder and C.E.O., Allen Jones. For over 30 years, Allen has focused on employee productivity, instructional design, e-learning, project management, specialized learning & development consulting, training management, and technical communications.
Allen brings solid corporate management know-how to bear on each project we undertake. Before entering the instructional design world full-time, he served as Director of Operations and Learning Technologies for Nuesoft Technologies, Inc., a provider of productivity software to major university health centers across the U.S. He has worked as a national speaker, trainer, consultant, and manager with a passion for improving productivity in the workplace.
With over a decade of solid corporate management experience under his belt, and another two decades as a free agent and Senior Instructional Designer for NextGen Healthcare, LLC, Allen has shared his business insight with such companies as ConAgra Foods, Cox Enterprises, SunTrust Bank, Alcoa, AutoTrader.com, Delco-Remy Electronics, Piedmont Hospital, the I.R.S., Drake Beam Morrin, Equipoint Financial, and Southern Graphic Systems. He has also developed and lead classes, seminars, and workshops at universities across the nation. His research on eLearning motivational design has been published in the International Journal of Performance Improvement.
Originally from Indiana, Allen earned his Masters with a focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Instructional Design from Indiana University, a Graduate Certificate in eLearning Design and Development and a Certificate in New Media from the University of Georgia, and a B.S. degree from Purdue University. Allen now lives in Athens, Georgia.
